From the welcome mat at the door and throughout, we thoroughly enjoyed it and felt like we never left home. The view is beautiful and we thank you for this opportunity to stay in your condo. Wonderful Weekend on SPI, Condo 603
Our family enjoyed a wonderful weekend on SPI and really loved your beautiful home. We relaxed on the beach and ventured to Schlitterbahn as well. Yummies and Gabriella’s were our favorite restaurants. We look forward to a return visit.

My group came here for our graduation trip and it was amazing! I can honestly say this has been one of the nicest places I have ever stayed for a vacation. The weather was excellent and the memories will be unforgettable. From the morning view, to late night games/poker, every day was one to be remembered. I hope I will cross paths with this place again in the future!

The Condo- Well Done- A+
We came in from Pittsburgh in hopes of sun, beach, food and drink. The weather was god awful… High winds, cool, cloudy, rainy. So we’ll focus on the positives. The Condo–The Mostow’s– well done!! Everything is here that you would expect, and many things you would not expect and the quality of the glassware, kitchen gadgets, etc…A+!!
Good restaurants/bars to frequent:
*Gabriella’s–Good Pizza!!*Louie’s Backyard– Great all around food & drink (cheap!!) especially ribs, burgers, Mexican plate, fajitas*South Padre Brewery -Shrimp tacos, Shrimp spinach Salad…*Daddy’s- Red Snapper (Rockefeller)…*Blackbeard’s – Great inexpensive lunch
Good side trip- drive to Brownsville, get shrimp along the way (Shrimp Outlet) to cook for dinner, go to the Vermillion for lunch- great Mexican food..talk to Dan (owner) great guy.
Since weather was bad, we used the fitness center a lot (nice) and used the Movie Theatre (Wow..Very Nice!)
Would definitely return but would probably pick a different time of year.

Dear Mostows,
We had no idea we were staying in a place owned by Clevelanders! We grew up there and came with my inlaws who pretty much drove from Cleveland (they’re not driving all the way back, luckily) Gabriella’s is a favorite of ours as well, and our kids love seeing the pirate ship sail by at Pier 19 at dinner-great blackened fish & shrimp dishes too, & in summer the pirate ship stops by the pier for a show, which the kids love too. It’s a nice walk there as well. We were a little bummed our favorite brunch place, Yummies, was closed for holiday break, and one of these trips we’ll get to Café on the Beach early enough for their breakfast! We all enjoyed visiting Sea Turtle Inc. and checking on old and new residents. Saw a bunch of cool crabs running around the surf too! Next time, based on your recommendations, we’ll bring binoculars for birding!
